The Info page shows everything you need to know about the event, organised into three tabs.
Key Info Bar
At the top of the page you'll see:
- Event dates (start and end)
- Venue name (if available)
- Entries close date (if set by the organizer)
Details Tab
The Details tab shows information published by the organizer:
Contact Information:
- General contact details for the organizer
- Emergency contact information (highlighted in red for quick access)
Merchandise (if available):
- Details about merchandise available at the event
Gala Evening (if applicable):
- Information about the gala evening event
- Note about how entries are selected (e.g., judge nominations during scoring)
Rules Tab
The Rules tab contains policies and guidelines set by the organizer:
- Competition Rules: general rules for the competition
- Photo and Video Policy: consent requirements, recording policy, and official media vendor details
- Terms and Conditions: event terms
- Privacy Policy: data handling information
If rules haven't been published yet, you'll see: "Rules Not Yet Available: Competition rules and policies will be published soon."
Venue and Travel Tab
The Venue and Travel tab provides practical information:
Venue Information:
- Venue name and address
- Location details and capacity
- "View on Google Maps" link for directions
Food and Dining (if provided):
- Information about food options at or near the venue
Accommodation Suggestions (if provided):
- Recommended places to stay near the venue
If venue details haven't been published yet, you'll see: "Venue Details Coming Soon."
