Sometimes an organiser needs extra information from each dancer: t-shirt size, food allergies, accessibility needs, etc. When that happens, you'll see a yellow reminder banner on your dancer portal dashboard.
How to Answer
- Look for the yellow banner on your Dancer Portal Dashboard that says "The organiser needs some information from you."
- Click the Answer questions link on the banner.
- Fill in each question:
- Required questions are marked with a red asterisk (*)
- Some questions have help text underneath explaining what to enter
- Click Save Answers at the bottom.
The yellow banner will disappear once all required questions are answered.
What If My Studio Already Answered?
Your studio admin can answer custom questions on your behalf from their Studio Portal. If they've already filled some in, you'll see their answers pre-filled when you open the form. You can edit them if anything is wrong.
Tips
- You can come back and edit your answers any time before the event
- Optional questions don't trigger the reminder banner, but you can still answer them if you want
- If you don't see a banner but expected one, the organiser may not have enabled questions for this event. There's nothing you need to do
