The Organizer Dashboard is your home page for managing all your competitions. It shows all your events with their status and provides quick actions.
Stats
Three stat cards at the top show:
- Total Events: all events you've created
- Published Events: events that are live and visible (green)
- Unpublished Events: events still in draft or not yet published
Event List
Your events are displayed as cards with:
- Event name (click to open)
- Status badge (Draft, Unpublished, or Published)
- Start date
- Venue name (if set)
Filter tabs let you view All, Published, or Unpublished events. A search bar filters by event name, venue, or location.
Quick Actions
- Create Event: Opens the Competition Wizard to create a new event
- Billing: View your subscription and billing status
- Settings: Manage your organisation profile
For draft/unpublished events, each card has an Edit button to continue setup and a Delete button to remove the draft.
Deleted Events
At the bottom of the page, a collapsible section shows deleted events with their original name, date range, location, and deletion date. This lets you keep a record of past events.
Subscription
If you are on a free trial, a trial alert banner appears with an Upgrade button. If you reach your subscription's event limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade when trying to create a new event.
