Customise the visual appearance of your event by uploading a logo and selecting a colour scheme. Branding is applied to your event pages and visible to all participants.
Accessing Branding
From the Event Dashboard sidebar, click Branding. You can also reach it via the Branding quick-action card on the Overview tab.
Event Logo
- Click Upload Logo to select an image file
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- A 150 x 150 px preview is shown after upload
- Click Change Logo to replace, or Remove to delete the current logo
- The logo appears on your event dashboard header and public event pages

Choose from 6 one-click colour presets:

Custom Colours
For full control, set each colour individually:
- Primary Colour: Used for buttons, headers, and primary UI elements
- Secondary Colour: Used for secondary text and borders
- Accent Colour: Used for highlights and call-to-action elements
Each colour has a colour picker and a hex code text input. Changes update the live preview immediately.
Live Preview
A preview card shows how your branding will look:
- Header gradient from primary to accent colour with your logo and event name
- Button styles showing primary, accent, and secondary buttons
- Text contrast is automatically calculated for readability
Saving
Click Save Changes at the top of the page. An unsaved-changes warning appears if you try to navigate away before saving.
