The Door Check-In page lets your staff validate spectator tickets at the venue entrance. Staff look a ticket up by ticket number, attendee name, or order number, then admit the holder.
Accessing Door Check-In
- From the Event Dashboard, click Tickets in the sidebar under Event Tools
- Or invite your door staff under Event Staff Access with the Door Check-In screen. The Ticket Check-In link only works for signed-in people who hold that screen
Step 1: Select the Day
Before checking in tickets, select the competition day from the dropdown at the top. Tickets are day-specific, so you must choose the correct day.
Step 2: Find the Ticket
- Type a ticket number, attendee name, or order number into the search field
- Matching tickets appear as result cards as you type
- Review the ticket status and click "CHECK IN" on valid tickets

Ticket Card Details
Each ticket result shows:
- Attendee name
- Ticket number
- Day and ticket type
- Order number
- Current status with colour-coded badge
Undoing a Check-In
If you check a ticket in by mistake:
- Find the ticket (it will show "Checked In" status)
- Click the "Undo" button
- The ticket returns to "Valid" status
Progress Sidebar
A progress circle on the right shows the real-time percentage of tickets checked in for the selected day, with total and checked-in counts.
Tips
- Ticket numbers are the fastest lookup at a busy door. Ask holders to have theirs open on their phone before they reach the desk
- Searching by surname works when a holder cannot find their ticket number
- Each day has its own check-in progress. Remember to switch days if your event spans multiple days
